Attorney Matthew Matern is a skilled and experienced litigator with many years of trial experience in California and federal courts.
He has successfully negotiated and recovered settlements and judgments totaling more than $50 million on behalf of his clients in cases involving a broad range of issues including breach of fiduciary duty by a trust company, real estate disputes, personal injury, and workers' compensation. Mr. Matern graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received his J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law, Los Angeles, California. He was admitted to The State Bar of California in 1992.
