Attorney Matthew Matern

Attorney Matthew Matern is a skilled and experienced litigator with many years of trial experience in California and federal courts. He has successfully negotiated and recovered settlements and judgments totaling more than fifty million dollars on behalf of his clients, in cases involving a broad range of issues such as breach of fiduciary duty by a trust company, real estate disputes, personal injury, workers compensation. He is also very active in mediation and alternative dispute resolution.

Mr. Matern graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and received his J.D. from the Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He was admitted to the California bar in 1992.
